I believe that finding the right tutor to match a student’s individual needs is crucial, so the first one-hour lesson will be on the house to give the student a chance to decide risk-free whether or not I am a good fit for their needs. When scheduling this trial session, please be mindful that scheduling it for the day before an exam can be quite stressful. 

In order to have a productive session, the student should send me any information about what they are learning in class such as a syllabus, the name of the textbook, the rubric for a project or the name of the lesson they are working on prior to the beginning of any session. This allows me to plan ahead for the session so that we can just jump right in when the session starts.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, all lessons will be conducted online via Skype or Zoom depending on the student’s preference. Since all lessons are online, I will also be emailing students their lesson notes at the end of a session.
